Couple of weeks ago I bought a Motorcross bike for a bit of fun & fitness over the winter months. First outing last weekend went enduro riding with a racing friend, had a good laugh but realised why I enjoy road racing so much - you don't get so dirty ! Found myself having more than a few spills throughout the day and ending the day with a spectacular crash and a broken clutch lever making for a very slow 4 mile journey home. All in all brilliant fun ...felt very second hand on Sunday!
Had a great day with my team at the NEC last week , we wandered around looking at all the new bikes... particularly like the new R1.
This will be a good bike next season with the upgraded brakes, extra horse power & slipper clutch - hope to get the chance to cock my leg over one!
