Mondello Park 19-21 May 2006

What a nightmere weekend it was!!!!

After long long truck drive and a ferry crossing, then a bit more trucking, we got to mondello park on thursday and yes it was p***ing down!!!!

First practice was dry but I just went out to get a feel for the track which was ok, second practices was wet. It was good for me to get two different track conditions before qualifying.

Well fisrt qualifying session didn't go as planned!!!

My second qualifying session I managed to qualify 26th, which wasn't bad for my first time at the circuit.

Race day!! ish! We did warm up and it was raining but at lunch time MCRCB Events decided that due to the severe weather conditions the meeting was CANCELLED!!!

Which means that we will be racing the two rounds at the MOTO GP at Donington park on the 29th June-2nd July.

I would like to thank stewy, nick, alex and kev for taking day's of work and doing all that trucking for the team !!!! THANK YOU guy's for all your hard work over the weekend as always.

Thank you STP racing for all there surpport. JOHN THANK YOU for saving the day and feeding us all on saturday night with a great B-B-Q!!!

Now looking forward to the superbike grand national at caslte combe on 10 & 11 of June.
