Round 2 - Oulton Park

First of all I just want to thank every one who came to support me.

The weekend started off a bit steady back in 14th for the first session, but for the second session the first qualifier we needed to make some adjustments to the suspension as I found in the first session the bike was really unstable under acceleration and struggled a bit with the gearing. So for the first qualifier we made adjustments and improved on my time ending up 12th on the grid but still wasn't happy with the gearing.

The second qualifier with a change of gearing and long wait before we got on the track we nearly had to put the lights back on the bike, but unfortunately for this session I didn't improve on my time and slipped back to 14th on the grid.

For the warm up on Sunday we went the other way with the gearing and it worked a lot better and went into the race ready and was sure with a good start I could make up a few places.

For the race I got a good start making up a few places and as the race got underway the pack in front of me just gapped me but by about half way through the race I had managed to close the gap up and felt that I could make way through the pack but with about 5 laps from the end I made a move on Lee Jackson going into druids and as I was tipping in the back end came around on me causing me to run wide losing the gap on the pack that I had just made up and dropped another place to 11th. Then on the last lap I managed to get back into 10th going up the inside into the last corner finishing the race in 10th.
