Round 4 - Donington Park

What a weekend!

Well what started a very windy weekend finished a very windy weekend, luckily with the rain just holding off.

After the first practice on Saturday we made a couple of adjustments to the bike getting it working better for the first qualifier. The bike felt good and I felt confident I could get a good time in. Throughout the session I found myself getting stuck in traffic but on the last lap I managed get a slight clear lap in and moved to 8th on the grid which I was happy with because I knew I could get a good start from the 2nd row.

For the race I got a really good start going into the first corner in about 5th and then getting up to 3rd for the first lap. It was great but as a couple of laps went by I just dropped off the leading pack making a couple of mistakes. It was so frustrating to be up there at the start then just drop off. I think we still have a bit more to do with the suspension and hope to keep improving and to start challenging for the podium!

I finished the race in 6th and am now looking forward to Snetterton!

Just wanna give a big THANKS to the team, they have been doing a great job and wouldn't be racing with out them! Thanks guys !
